Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How to return an item or items:

Your item(s) must be returned in the packaging in which you received it. You must return the item within 10 days of our dispatch date.

  1. Please email to request a refund or replacement.
  2. Mail your returned item(s) to:

  3. Include in your package a signed note stating the reason for your return and the order ID/number.

Return Exceptions

Any plants that have been trimmed, pinched out, treated with insecticide/fungicide or had the root plug covering removed will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee.


We will, if requested, replace your plant(s), though this is subject to availability. If replacements are not available we will refund instead.
