Our plants:

  1. We sell rooted cuttings. The cuttings will vary in size, depending on the cultivars chosen.
  2. All plants are subject to availability. All cuttings leave us in excellent condition in packaging specially designed for postage and with suitable care will produce superb plants.
  3. Cuttings are delivered stopped unless otherwise requested, please let us know if you require unstopped cuttings.
  4. We do our utmost to supply pest and disease free plants. However our plants are not guaranteed totally pest and disease free even though we believe them to be so. Should you find disease or pests on your plants at delivery, please let us know - this is important to us.

Ordering:

  1. Orders accepted at any time. Orders received after mid September may not be dispatched until December or January - please contact us if you need plants before then.
  2. All orders are automatically confirmed. Please let us know immediately if you do not receive an email confirming your order.
  3. If you need plants by a certain date, please contact me before ordering.
  4. There is no minimum order and orders can be any mix of cultivars.

Substitutes:

  1. I recommend that you choose acceptable substitutes. You can do this either on the checkout page, or if you have registered an account, you can add plants to your Wish List and I will refer to it should it be necessary to substitute any of your choices.
  2. If you paid via PayPal and have not indicated acceptable substitutes either in your Wish List or during checkout, I will either:
    • Send a substitute of my choice
    • Credit your Other Fellow Fuchsias account
    • Refund the price you have paid for the plant or plants I am unable to supply.
    If you have paid by cheque I will issue a credit note to the value of the plants not supplied.

Visits to the nursery:

We are a mail order only business and do not have premises suitable or insurable for public access at present. However order collection is welcome and can be arranged by appointment.

Overseas Delivery:

We do ship plants outside the UK - but only at buyers risk. Any losses will not be refunded or replaced by us unless the loss occurs within the UK while being handled by Royal Mail.
