Very vigorous upright grower, sometimes used for hedges and boundaries within gardens. One of the very best hardies, self branching, lovely flower colouring, and an asset to any garden.

Pity about the name, which is singularly uninspiring.

Tube: Pale pink blending to rosy red medium length.

Sepals: Rose red/pink, held fully up , recurved.

Corolla: Blue maturing to violet with rose veining, 1/4 flared when mature.

Parentage: (Leonora x WP Wood) x F. magellanica var. Alba
