Vigorous and easy to grow, produces lovely long slender flowers with bright attractive colours. Hardy enough to be on the BFS Showbench Hardy list, new RHS H3 rating (Minimum 1°C to -5°C) is a cautious estimate. It may be tougher than this.
Tube: Proportionately long, rose red with faint orange red candy stripes.
Sepals: Pale purple rose fading through almost white to yellow green tips. Held horizontal with very slight recurve when mature.
Corolla: Red with orange overtones, 1/4 flared at most.
