Liberally produces very beautiful flowers. Grows well and benefits from a sunny spot and generous feeding. Lax growth, with flowers on arching branches.

Tube: Short, white with maybe a greenish tinge.

Sepals: White, green at the tips, held 1/2 up, tips slightly recurved.

Corolla: An extraordinary violet blue, white at the base, 1/4 flared.

Parentage: Hawkshead x Ann H Tripp.

COROLLA is slightly flared with smooth petal margins; opens violet (90D) and matures violet (70B); 16mm (5/8) long x 12mm (1/2) wide

SEPALS are half up, tips recurved up; white (155B) tipped green upper surface and white (155B) lower surface; 32mm (1 1/4) long x 8mm (5/16) wide

TUBE is white (155B), medium length and thickness; 9mm (3/8) long x 8mm (5/16) wide

STAMENS extend 6mm (1/4) below the corolla; pale violet (76D) filaments and reddish purple (186B) anthers

PISTIL extends 32mm (1 1/4) below the corolla; white (155B) style and white (155A) stigma

BUD is long, pointed

FOLIAGE is medium green (137B) upper surface and medium green (137D) lower surface

Leaves are 38mm (1 1/2) long x 19mm (3/4) wide, elliptic shaped, serrulated edges, rounded tips and rounded bases
