Basket OFF 2016 Picotee Pink Purple Single

'Jess' is a gorgeous tricolour, with bright, vivid colours in an eye-catching mix. Quite a substantial flower, good basket cultivar. In very bright conditions, colours will intensify, and the tube will be pink, not white.

Tube: White 155C, slim, medium size, straight, with a rounded top.

Sepals: Dark pink 61D stipple above, red pink 52B blush below, white and yellow green tip. Broad and concave, finely creped below, held horizontally.

Corolla: Opens dark pink 61C, red pink 52B base, dark pink red 53C veins and fine picotee edge of pink violet N77B. Matures pink purple N74A, same base/veins, and red pink 48C picotee., 1/2 flared. Petals are smooth and concave with a rounded edge, they overlap only loosely.

Parentage: Unknown, found seedling.
