A gorgeous new species hybrid from Mario de Cooker. Marble Crepe is a bush fuchsia with clusters of large, strongly tubular flowers in pale pink.

Tube: 35mm (1 3/8") long, white and pale blush pink.

Sepals: Short, white, yellowish green tips, held half down.

Corolla: Quarter flared, white with pink edge and overall pink veining that deepens with age. Petals are crumpled and textured.

Parentage: Roger de Cooker x F. fulgens (tetraploid).

Growth habit: erect.

Cultivation Method: bush for in full sun or filtered light, best color in bright light or filtered light.

Special features: easy cutting and experienced self branching plant with flowers with aging to pink discoloration. Petals have some way of crepe paper and appear pink because of the strong veining and bright pink border. The short denser flowers shows the plant kingdom (spray) flowering. This is a cultivar nominated by the NKvF.
