A particularly beautiful and easy species hybrid with numerous long, medium sized single flowers. Vigorous upright growth, ultimately needing a large pot.

Makes a spectacular standard and is easy to train into one. Good support is necessary for the large head, due to the stiff stems.

Surprisingly cold tolerant. We have even had one survive briefly being frozen outside, although it was fairly dry and in a large clay pot at the time.

Tube: Raspberry red, long, flares slightly.

Sepals: Raspberry red with green tips, horizontal.

Corolla: Orange. Long, spear shaped, wavy petals, 1/4 flared.

Foliage: Mid green glossy.

Parentage: F. venusta x F. denticulata.
