Distinctive and prolific blooms of delicious colouring, sturdy and self-branching. Disease resistant too.

Peter Lorimer's son is seeking any cultivars hybridised by his father, particularly Claire Rochfort, which the family have lost and which has great sentimental value. Tube: Waxy cream flushed and striped rose 52C. Proportionately short, medium thick.

Sepals: Cream flushed rose 52C above, creped rose 52C below, 1/2 up, strongly recurved tips.

Corolla: Red purple 58A cream base matures magenta 58B, cream base edged dark orange 41A, 1/4 flared. Bell shaped.

Foliage: Healthy, attractive bronze tints to young growth.

Half up 25mm (1") long x 10mm (3/8") wide SEPALS are cream flushed rose (52C) on the upper surface, creped rose (52C) on the lower surface with recurved tips

STAMENS extend 13mm (1/2") beyond corolla with magenta (58B) filaments and anthers

Ovate BUD

FOLIAGE is medium green (146A) on the upper surface, lighter green on the lower surface with 55mm (2 1/8") long x 38mm (1 1/2") wide ovate shaped leaves, serrate edges, obtuse tips and rounded bases

Veins are light green with dull red stems and branches

Anther: red.

Pollen: cream.

Style: pink, 40mm.

Stigma: cream, lobed.

Flowering: rich.

Flowering time: usual.

Bud: oblong, circular cross section, two axillary buds per leaf axils, top opens like a lantern.

Berry: No data.

Leaf: elliptical shape, top striker foot rounded edge cool, frosted appearance, smooth and flat, similar veins, color top and middle green veins, lower side light green, midrib and petiole red.

Growth habit: half hanger.
