Some sources say this is hardy, some say it isn't. Well worth growing either way, and in any case, hardiness is all about whether a fuchsia is hardy where you plant it. It's a delightful, cheery little fuchsia. Small flowers of substance, not in the least flimsy, and freely produced.

Tube: A little over 1.5 cm ( 5/8 ") long, slim, and a glowing dark pink red 53C.

Sepals: The same colour as the tube, held horizontally, recurved.

Corolla: About 1cm long, pink purple 71B, 1/4 flared.

Parentage: F. lycioides x Mrs W Rundle.
