Cute little flowers, shorter, but more substance than typical very slim F. magellanica type. Very vigorous, and useful garden plant. Probably the hardiest fuchsia available, and a real whopper in the right place.

Tube: Bright red, fairly short, peg top.

Sepals: Bright red, horizontal to 1/2 up, slight recurve.

Corolla: Dark violet 1/4 to 1/2 flared.

Parentage: Probably F. magellanica x.
